The location of the hotel was convenient, with Teuchters Landing just a short walk away, offering great food and drink options. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with smart sensors and lighting throughout. The kitchen had all the essentials and more, including tea and coffee provisions. The living areas and bedrooms were spacious, and the two bathrooms were of a good size. The balcony provided a nice spot to relax and enjoy the view.

The price of the hotel was quite high, making it less affordable for a longer stay.

We had an enjoyable stay in Edinburgh very close to Ocean Terminal which has an abundance of shops, excellent transport links, and the Shore. It was convenient very close to the tram into the city centre. We stayed 1 night; will be returning here soon...

My stay at Luxflat in Port Of Leith was absolutely wonderful. The apartment had everything I needed and felt just like home. It was located in a convenient area for fine dining, with three Michelin-star restaurants within a short walk. Despite being away from the busy old town, it was easy to reach by Uber or cab. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and stylish. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good size. The smart sensors and lighting added a touch of luxury, and I loved relaxing on the balcony with the loveseat/futon. it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend Luxflat in Port Of Leith.

Teuchters Landing, where I collected the keys, was an excellent establishment just a short walk away. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Edinburgh.

The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the reed diffusers creating a welcoming aroma to the smart sensors and lighting creating a luxurious atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen, generous amenities, and spotlessly clean rooms made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The balcony provided a lovely place to relax and take in the views.

The noise from the temporary roadworks, which redirected traffic past the apartment block. However, this was a temporary issue and wouldn't deter me from considering a return visit.

This apartment was perfect for us as we were travelling by car. The free parking facility was convenient and saved us a lot of hassle.
